Cancellation Policy

We know your time is valuable and ours is too.

We kindly ask you give us 48 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or change an appointment.

You can contact us by email/call or leave an answerphone message on 01293 783 144 when we are unavailable or closed. This time allows us to offer an appointment to another patient and not waste valuable clinical time for our clinicians.

Please note, any missed dental appointments will be recorded on your records.

If appointments are missed or cancelled at short notice (within 48 hours) the practice will charge a fee of £50 per 30 minutes to cover surgery and staff costs.

Any further appointments may be cancelled until the cancellation fee is paid in full.

In the event of a true unavoidable emergency or extenuating circumstances that caused you to miss an appointment, we kindly ask you put this in writing to the practice.

The Practice Manager and Principal Dentist will discuss the matters and respond within 14 days.
