Thank you so much to Dr Vimal and Tina. I recently had an infected wisdom tooth which needed to be removed urgently and I was so lucky to have found them online, dropped them an email and I was booked in for the next day. I am super anxious of dentists, always have been, and both Vimal and Tina were so kind and caring from start to finish. Because of this, I am now on a treatment plan to help improve my dental health post my wisdom tooth removal. They have both helped ease my nerves when it comes to dentists, and I no longer feel worried to attend appointments. Dr Vimal was not judgmental when I discussed my previous lack of visits and it is clear he has my dental health at the heart of every recommendation he has given me. He’s reinstalled my confidence going to the dentist and I can hand on heart say I am going to attend every appointment going forward because of how relaxed and reassured he and Tina made me feel. Thank you both so much and I can’t wait to see my teeth improve!

I joined Massetts Road dental surgery having relocated to the area from South London. They immediately made me and my young son feel welcome. I would not change them. They’ve always been fantastic to me / us. Everyone’s amazing - reception staff , Dr Nikhil , the nurses. Professional , patient and helpful.
I’ve had to have more work done recently. As usual they’ve all been so helpful and accommodating , fitting me on occasions when any issues occurred. Had final work done today. Special thanks and praise goes to Dr Nikhil , his assistant Sophie and the lovely reception staff Rachel and Sally. All made me feel welcome and put me at ease. I would also like to mention Christine , who I saw from a distance today but didn’t get to talk to. She has previously always been amazing to us. Thank you all. One of the best decisions I made since living in Horley. Highly recommend.

Excellent dental practice. Friendly, professional and very patient. Was with a well known practice in Reigate but they became impossible to deal with.

I've managed to mess up my last three appointments due to a string of unfortunate curveballs, infections and broken bones, yet they've been nothing but accommodating throughout.

The team are always welcoming, explain everything clearly and never make you feel rushed. It's reassuring to know you're in good hands.

Would thoroughly recommend!!!

Having been going regularly to a dentist for the past 60yrs , I have to say that
Shiv and Tanya were so lovely ..
I had to have a tooth filled at the front where it is most sensitive and I can honestly say I didn't feel a thing..

I moved to Massett's Road dental surgery last year and I'm so glad that I did. there were a few things that needed attention. all now successfully completed.. crown, filling and some restoration work..... also quality dental hygienist attention from Izzy which I didn't realise I needed as I had always attended my hygiene sessions at my previous surgery.

Vimal and his excellent nurse Tina made it all a pleasant painless experience.

Really good dental practice, have recommended them to neighbours who have been equally pleased with their work. Lovely friendly people at the Surgery which is very reassuring if at all nervous of visiting a dentist. I have been going to Massetts Road Dental practise for over 40 years. The dentists and dental nurses are exceptional. The equipment is state of the art. I usually see Maya ( dentist ) and Lindsey the D nurse.
There are always pleasant and very caring. I have had a lot of treatment recently and am very pleased with the result. I would highly recommend this practise and indeed Maya and Lindsey.

I’ve had such a great experience with Massetts Road dental practice. The team are genuinely lovely people who make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in and talk to the receptionist. Everything is handled with real professionalism, and they take the time to explain each step so you never feel unsure or rushed.

What really stood out to me is how Shiv and Tina helped me overcome my fear of going to the dentist. They were patient, understanding, and reassuring throughout, which made a huge difference. I now feel much more confident about my dental visits.

I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental team.

Today I had my first ever filling an injections at the dentist with Shiv and Tina. They made me feel so comfortable from start to finish and the treatment was outstanding with absolutely no pain, and they talked me through the whole process as I had mentioned I was a nervous patient. 10 out of 10 Recommended to all!

I was told I had to have root canal treatment and based on what other people said I was quite anxious but I didn’t need to be at all. It was absolutely painless. Such a wonderful dentist Tom that treated me and his lovely assistant Tina. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and looked after.

Dr Vimal Patel was wonderfully accommodating and highly professional with my Smilelign treatment. The entire treatment took 10 months and was comfortable and easy. The whole team at Massetts Road Dental are friendly and welcoming, I felt in very good hands.

Went there for emergency dental work, never being here before and a very nervous patient I honestly cannot recommend this dental surgery enough. The staff were kind and helpful throughout the whole process and I had Shiv and her assistant Tina who done the work. Made me feel very attractive ease about the process and calm, even offered to hold my hand. For someone who has always hated the dentists I am actually looking forward to getting the rest of my work done there. Such a fantastic team

Shiv and Tina are great and they are so good at putting you totally at ease.
Shiv will always take the time to answer any questions or concerns you may have no matter what they are.
Shiv is definitely the best dentist I have used.

I am a very nervous patient after having frightening experiences as a child and therefore do not feel confident with dental treatment.
However today I visited Massetts Road Dental surgery for two appointments. My first appointment with Caroline the Hygienist was such a different experience. She was kind and listened to my worries and put me at my ease and was gentle.
I then had an appointment straight after with Maya the Dentist with her nurse Bernice. I cannot believe I was so worried and nervous beforehand as they were both so lovely calm and reassuring. Maya explained exactly what was going to happen and kept checking I was ok. I never felt any pain or felt uncomfortable. So much so that I do not feel worried for my second appointment next month. If you are nervous like me do not hesitate to visit this surgery

I went in initially quite nervous however everyone in the surgery is so kind and patient I left feeling completely calm. My dentist was Maya who explained everything thoroughly and happily went at my pace. The nurses Lindsey and Sophie were really nice as well. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I Made an emergency appointment with this practice as my regular dentist cancelled last minute. I was in so much pain I knew I couldn’t wait to be treated.
Oh my goodness what a wonderful service maya (Dentist) and Lindsey ((Nurse) were so kind and professional an X-ray was taken and I was prescribed antibiotics for an infection.

I have booked an emergency appointment because of a serious infection. I am really happy with the experience, from the reception welcome through to consultation with Dr. Shiv and nurse Tina up to the actual procedure, everyone was extremely professional yet welcoming and caring. Dr. Shiv explained all the possible options in detail and made sure of my informed consent - brilliant customer service and brilliant dental service. Highly recommended practice!

Shiv & her team are brilliant. They explain everything very clearly & then make the procedure as quickly as possible. I had a tooth extraction that I was dreading, but in Shiv's hands it was painless & over very quickly. I am very confident in her abilities & would recommend highly!

Been a patient for some four years now, always a friendly welcome from Cristina and Rachel on Reception, and Dentist, Vimal, equally so: his knowledge and gentle skills have ensured my teeth appear better and more healthy in time to come.
Recent work includes a replacement cap and an implant molar. The advance advice of procedure gave me confidence to proceed, and I now enjoy the benefits. I would recommend Vimal, ably assisted by Tina.
Worthy of mention is my hygienist, Izzie, whose regular cleans and advice help keep my smile at its best.

I needed a filling on a tooth. I was recommended Massetts Road Dental Practice by a friend who is also a dentist.
I was nervous of treatment however the entire team took care of me. The injection was virtually pain free and I can’t even see the filling as the composite material used looks so natural.
I would highly recommend Massetts Road and their great team.
P.s the reception team are so friendly when booking and make it so easy and are very accommodating!

I have been with the dental practise for over 30 years and seen growth and change. However recently I had cause to visit on several occasions for both emergency and further treatment. The practise is always welcoming and clean. Staff including Dr Vimal Patel always kind and considerate.With Dr Vimal always explaining at great lenghts what is necessary for the best outcome for yourself. Would certainly recommend the practise to others.

I have been with Massetts Road Dental Practice for many years and continued attending even when I moved away from the immediate area. When Nikola Stalford retired and sold the Practice,
I was apprehensive BUT she could not have passed her Practice on to a better owner/dental Practitioner than Vimil Patel, and his colleagues!
I have recently had to have some intense treatment, carried out by Akshay Shah, who has the most amazing, up to date facilities and shows extreme kindness and reassurance!
Explaining every detail of the work he carries out.
His precision was exacting and I now feel like I have a ‘new’ mouth 😁 - so very happy!!!
Akshay also carried out a small cosmetic procedure on my daughter’s front tooth, which she had thought wasn’t possible. She was ‘over the moon’ afterwards!
All the staff at Massetts Road are very friendly (nurses, hygienist, reception) and go that extra mile to help!
I highly recommend Massetts Road Dental Practice, in Horley, to anyone!
It is fabulous and I feel very lucky to have them look after myself and my family!!!

Highly recommend this dental surgery and its staff, so kind and friendly. My dentist, Vimal Patel, recently removed my baby tooth and advised that I needed an implant. I was very dubious about having this, after seeing pictures on line of the procedure and worried how painful this may be.
After several visits to see Vimal, to have moulds, pictures and an X-ray, I now have my implant. I'm so happy with the result. I experienced no pain whatsoever and with Vimal's professional dentistry, he kept me informed all the time of what was being done and the next steps.
If anyone is considering an implant or in fact any dental work, I would recommend a visit to Vimal or one of his team as you can be certain you will be in good hands 👌

I have been attending Massetts Road Dental for many years. My Dentist is Vimmal. He has a calm soothing nature about him and always puts you at ease. He is very informative and will advise of the best treatment necessary. Dr. Nikhil Patel has been fantastic, after experiencing a cracked tooth he managed a very clean repair. The whole team takes pride in their work making the whole experience rather pleasant. Most of the Dental nurses spend some time on reception so have an in-depth understanding of your needs before even seeing a dentist. They are very friendly and approachable with a special shout out to Cristina. I would highly recommend you choose this practice for all your dental needs.

I have been a Customer/ patient of this dental practice for about 17 years. Every member of staff from the reception to the ‘chair ‘ are always polite , efficient and professional in every way.
From both the dentist and hygienist I always have good advice about my teeth .
Front reception staff always have time to talk and discuss appointments .
Everyone always seems to have time for me the client. I have now moved 50 miles away, but will still retain this practice as my dentist.

All of the staff are so lovely and caring and I have never had a negative appointment with them. They look after their clients so well and always explain what the treatment plan is and what to expect. I would not want to be with any other practise.
